SEARCH FOR PRIVATE SECTOR REPRESENTATIVES

The Board of Regents of the Tarlac State University (TSU), Romulo Boulevard, San Vicente, Tarlac City, formally and publicly announces the SEARCH FOR PRIVATE SECTOR REPRESENTATIVES OF THE TARLAC STATE UNIVERSITY (TSU) BOARD OF REGENTS

Minimum Personal Qualifications:

1. He must be a Filipino citizen of legal age;
2. He must come from an industry, business or profession preferably related to the TSU’s charter or mandate
3. Have at least five (5) years of employment, business or practice of profession in the private sector
4. He must have been a resident for at least two (2) years in the city or the Province of Tarlac
5. He must be a holder of at least a four-year degree course
6. He must be physically and mentally fit
7. He must not be connected with TSU in any manner for one (1) year immediately prior to the nomination/application to the PSR
8. He must not in any way be presently employed or appointed in the government (local, national including government owned and controlled corporations), be it on a full-time or part-time basis, at the time of nomination/application
9. He must not be related to any member of the present Board of Regents or their duly authorized representatives, within fourth civil degree of consanguinity or affinity
10. He must not have been a candidate who lost in any national or local election, except for barangay elections, within one (1) year after such election
11. He must not own, fully or in part, a tertiary educational institution in the Province
12. He must have made contributions to the community or to the country
13. He must be a person of unquestionable integrity and probity and must not have been convicted of any administrative offense or crime
14. He must explicitly manifest availability of time and commitment to the service of Tarlac State University

Qualified applicants are requested to submit the following:

1. Duly notarized application or nomination (with the conforme of the nominee)
2. Duly accomplished, computerized and notarized Personal Data Sheet
3. Certificate of employment stating Nominees present position in the private sector related to the industry, business or profession related to TSU’s charter or mandate
4. Service Record of the Nominee who have been employed in the government at any point
5. NBI Clearance
6. Certification of No Connection with TSU
7. Signed Commitment and Availability of the Nominee to serve s PSR
8. Signed Conforme to the Conditions of PSR as provided in Section 14

Interested applicants or nominees must send the above mentioned documentary requirements in 4 copies not later than 5:00 in the afternoon of July 27, 2023 to the following:
